Last night our Secret Santa left us a treat!
"On the Fifth Day of Christmas, Santa gave to me: Five Christmas Cookies"
Daniel and I were gone last night for our anniversary, but there were already some gone when we got home today so I am assuming the kids liked them.
On the fifth day of Christmas my true love gave to me: Five soft and fluffy pillows!
Okay, he didn't actually give them to me, we just rented them for a night. Today was our anniversary, so Daniel booked a bed and breakfast in Salt Lake and we stayed there last night. You can see the 5 fluffy pillows on the bed in this picture.
We stayed at the Castle Creek Inn in the "Excalibur Room" It was beautiful. We went to a movie, got dinner, walked around Temple Square looking at the beautiful lights and got Cold Stone ice cream. Then we cuddled up and watched a movie and ate popcorn. It was wonderful to just be able to hang out together without having to worry about hurrying home to take care of kids! And, it made me appreciate my kids even more because I had a chance to miss them. :) I love my cute hubband!

Lovely!!! We were hoping to do a nice anniversary thing this year (being the big 1-0 and all), but instead we went to see Tron on Saturday morning, and went to Chile's in the evening. Maybe we'll get to do a big 1-1 anniversary hoopla next year? Yeah... I'm not holding my breath, lol.
