This was the day that I decided whoever was doing the 12 Days of Christmas for us must really like our kids, but not Daniel and me. :) They left this on the porch:
"On the Eighth Day of Christmas, Santa gave to me: Eight Musical Flutes"
Cute idea, I just wish there had been eight ear plugs for mom and dad as well. :) These little flutes make a super high pitched noise that we listened to for much of the following day. The kids loved it!
On the eighth day of Christmas, my true love gave to me: a Biography? No this doesn't have anything to do with the number eight, but still a very thoughtful present. It will be fun to read it together!
