That took me 5 hours!!!
This is the project that was supposed to take me 1 1/2 hours.
I found a tutorial here, and thought, how hard can that be? Famous last words! I ended up spending 5 hours making this.
Admittedly, it is not exactly the same as the tutorial picture. I made several changes, which is part of the reason it took longer. The fact that I am not a seamstress definitely added to the time as well. At any rate, I was rather frustrated by the end of the whole ordeal. Oh well, at least I like the way it turned out pretty well. Now I had better have a girl! :)

I am intrigued to see if it really *is* a girls now LOL. My projects usually take longer than they should too. Partly due to incessant interruptions!
The only way to become a good seamstress is to do it one pattern at a time for a long time and VO-WALLA!!!! you are a seamstress.
